Join fellow Moved Women for an empowering monthly hike in the transformational phase of peri/menopause. Walk, connect, share and find support in a new community.
We'll encorporate a grounding practice rooted in ecotherapeutic principles, which will ease us into our bodies and natural environment. Hikes – typically gentle to moderate – will last between two and four hours and, wherever possible, will start or end with a warm cup of something soothing.
