Embrace the new season with this early springtime, half-day hike and yoga blend from Moved and Om Studio Canterbury. Meeting for coffee at our favourite Canterbury cafe, Fringe & Ginge, we’ll make our way to the riverside where our walk begins.
Following the Great River Stour out of town and into the quiet surrounding suburbs, we’ll follow the water all the way to the village of Chartham before turning around and making our way back into Canterbury.
Annabelle will then lead us in a restorative yoga class to relax our post-hike bodies. Then, we’ll finish with cacao by candlelight.
There are ONLY 11 SPACES available for this exclusive event, so book early via the Om Studio website to avoid missing out!

WHAT TO WEAR
As this is an early spring hike, the weather is likely to be changeable. So bring a warm layer and waterproofs or an umbrella for wet weather. Also, bear in mind that we’ll need to be able to stretch into the yoga poses, so wear something that’s suitable for both activities. The route follows a flat pathway, so comfy trainers should be fine for this walk.
WHAT TO BRING
A litre of water
Some snacks
